Refund & Return Policy

We want you to feel confident when purchasing from Boho Energy. Because many of our pieces are handmade, made to order, or customized specifically for each customer, different return conditions apply depending on the type of product purchased.
Custom & Made-to-Order Artwork
All custom and made-to-order artwork is final sale.
Once production has begun, custom and made-to-order pieces cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded due to:
- Change of mind
- Color preference
- Size preference
- Natural variations in materials
- Minor differences from photographs or previous pieces
Each Boho Energy artwork is handmade individually. Slight differences in dimensions, colors, textures, fibers, feather placement, and other handmade details are expected and make each piece unique.
These variations are not considered defects.
Custom Design Approval
When a customer requests specific colors, materials, or design details, Boho Energy will create the piece based on the information provided by the customer.
Because handmade artwork cannot be perfectly duplicated and natural materials may vary, reference photos, inspiration images, and previously completed Boho Energy pieces should be considered design references rather than guarantees of an identical final product.
Order Cancellations
Orders for custom or made-to-order artwork may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided production has not yet begun.
Once materials have been prepared or production has started, the order cannot be canceled or refunded.
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to request a cancellation.
Returns for Non-Custom Items
For eligible, non-custom and ready-to-ship products, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return, the item must:
- Be unused and in its original condition
- Include all original packaging
- Show no signs of wear, damage, alteration, or use
- Be accompanied by proof of purchase
Please contact us before returning any item. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was damaged, defective, or incorrect when received.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Items That Cannot Be Returned
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Custom artwork
- Made-to-order artwork
- Personalized products
- Items altered at the customer's request
- Gift cards
- Final-sale merchandise
- Items damaged after delivery through improper handling, installation, storage, or care
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order immediately after delivery.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include your order number along with clear photographs of:
- The item
- The damaged or incorrect area
- The shipping box
- The original packaging
Please keep the item and all packaging while your claim is being reviewed.
If the claim is approved, Boho Energy may provide a replacement, repair, store credit, or refund depending on the circumstances.
Refunds
For approved returns, we will inspect the returned item after it is received.
If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow additional processing time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.
Original shipping charges are not refundable unless the return is the result of an error by Boho Energy.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for securely packaging approved returns and obtaining appropriate tracking and shipping insurance.
Boho Energy is not responsible for returned items that are lost or damaged while being shipped back to us.
